GM Realty & Property Management was founded in 2025 by Greg Mazin, Founder & CEO. After earning his real estate license in 2020, Greg quickly saw a gap in Denver’s market—while most real estate professionals focused solely on buying and selling, reliable property management services were harder to come by.
He launched GM Realty & Property Management to bridge that gap, creating a full-service real estate and property management company that offers clients a seamless, one-stop solution.
